Three levels of training-entry level cook to apprenticeship

Learn the fundamentals of food preparation in all stations of a modern industrial kitchen at Camosun's Culinary Arts program. Three levels of Professional Cook training emphasize sanitation, personal hygiene, portion control, waste prevention & a positive attitude toward employer and fellow workers. Graduates train for employment in restaurants, hotels, lodges, clubs, institutions, catering companies and resorts.Student-operated Class Room Restaurant open to the public. Call 370-3775.
