It is the combination of cultures to make unique dishes and addictive flavors. I constantly try to push the envalope and raise the bar with my quality and creativity. Food is my life and I love to play with food and see my guests enjoy the dishes that I have put on my menu. From Indian Poutine and Roasted Galic Curry Beet salad, to Goats cheese stuffed tiger prawns, & chipolte Crispy Squid.
