I believe food is more than gasoline for the body and mind. An intimate, truly unique and often sensual relationship can be developed with food if one takes the time to explore it. I have keen interests in making music, mixed media paintings and teaching sexual education. However, none of them are as fundamental to my happiness and health as my relationship with food. I especially like to grow food from seed because I feel humbled and grateful to be alive. I celebrate and regularly affirm my life through taste trying to share the joy found in those experiences with as many people as I can.
