Gary Hynes is a former sommelier, chef and innkeeper who traded the bright lights to found and edit EAT Magazine. He lives and eats in Victoria, BC with his wife Cynthia, son Colin and dog Sam. When not out delivering eatmags he can be seen hunkered down in front of his trusty MacBook.
